You’ll lead the charge in continuous improvement, troubleshoot professionally, and bring cutting-edge technologies like 3D printing and scanning. Eliminate downtime and boost productivity 🧠Lead Lean and DMAIC initiatives Spearhead equipment selection and qualification 📊 Track and report on improvement projects Collaborate across teams to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency 🧪 Support new product launches and capacity expansions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years in production environments (FDA regulated preferred )
- Expertise in OEE, Lean Manufacturing, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D tech
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in: OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing)
- Proficient in: Continuous Improvement
- Proficient in: Lean Manufacturing Principles
- Proficient in: Root Cause Analysis
