About The Position
We need a Packaging Engineer with a BS in Packaging Engineering, 4 to 10 years (No more than 10) of hands-on design and development experience in a manufacturing environment. (Not Food) Need to have worked with medium to high volume products, with direct experience with CAD tools like Catia or SolidWorks. They need solid material knowledge across corrugated, paperboard, shrink and stretch films, thermoforming and vacuum forming, labels, and printing. A working knowledge of packaging test standards, Hazmat regs, barcode/RFID systems, and sustainability principles
Requirements
- BS in Packaging Engineering
- 4 to 10 years of hands-on design and development experience in a manufacturing environment (Not Food)
- Experience with medium to high volume products
