About The Position

This role involves working both independently and as part of a team, with guidance from a manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing and managing activities, applying fundamental technical understanding to interpret and analyze data to reach clear conclusions, and putting the consumer at the heart of development activities. The position requires technical curiosity and a collaborative mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues that arise from package development, line trials, and commercialization with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Packaging / Industrial Engineering, or other engineering discipline from an accredited college or university
• Technical curiosity
