The Packaging Designer is a key contributor to Tyson Foods’ Enterprise Growth team, responsible for translating brand strategy, consumer insight, and product truth into iconic, shelf‑disruptive packaging across Tyson’s portfolio of market‑leading brands. This role partners closely with Brand Marketing, Business Units, R&D, Packaging Engineering, and external agencies to deliver packaging solutions that build brand equity, drive consumer preference, and perform commercially at retail and in digital environments. As a hands-on designer, this role balances creativity with rigor, bringing strong conceptual thinking while ensuring flawless execution from initial concept through final production. The Packaging Designer plays a critical role in shaping how consumers experience Tyson Foods’ brands at the moment of choice.
