About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Packaging Designer with a background in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) to join our creative team. This role is responsible for designing retail packaging from concept through commercialization, including artwork development, structural packaging, print production, and collaboration with manufacturing partners. If you have experience creating packaging for food, beverage, or consumer products and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

3–5 years of Packaging Design experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
Experience designing packaging for retail products (Food & Beverage preferred)
Strong proficiency with: Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Creative Suite
Experience creating 3D packaging mockups using Blender or similar software
Strong understanding of: Packaging materials
Print production
Dielines
Packaging structures
Commercial printing processes
Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Nice To Haves

Food & Beverage packaging experience
Canva
Adobe Firefly or other AI design tools
Microsoft 365
Packaging commercialization experience

Responsibilities

Design retail packaging artwork for consumer products
Develop packaging concepts, dielines, and production-ready files
Create 3D packaging mockups using Blender or similar software
Prepare Bills of Materials (BOMs) and packaging specifications
Manage packaging projects from concept through production
Coordinate with printers and packaging vendors
Attend press checks and packaging production trials (approximately once per month)
Ensure compliance with brand, regulatory, and print standards
Identify packaging improvements and cost-saving opportunities
Support sustainability initiatives through innovative packaging solutions
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams
