About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Packaging Associate for a 1st shift position in St. Louis, MO. This role is 100% onsite and requires candidates to live within a 25-30 minute commute. The position involves manual assembly and packaging tasks on a production line, ensuring products are labeled, coded, and packaged correctly. The company is a global provider of outsourcing, IT digital consulting, and strategic staffing services.

Requirements

Minimum of High School Diploma or GED.
Physically able to work on feet and lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must live within a 25-30 minute commute to the work location.

Nice To Haves

0-1 years of light assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

Perform manual assembly and packaging tasks on a team-oriented production line including packaging components, placing bottles on a conveyor, labeling cases and cartons, and packing & stacking finished goods.
Check that components and codes comply with the packaging order.
Place bottles on conveyor lines.
Label cases and bags.
Pack and stack finished goods.
Control product quality by communicating item damage or off-spec condition that exists to production supervisor.
Maintain a safe working area by keeping it organized and clean throughout the workday including end of shift cleaning.
Wear all required PPE (personal protective equipment).
Be dependable and report on time to your position every day giving as much notice as possible of absences.
