About The Position

BD Diesel Performance is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Associate to join their dynamic team. This role involves interpreting S.O.P’s, Work orders, and Drawings, setting up production, operating various packaging machines, assembling and inspecting products, and preparing them for paint. The associate will work under the direction of senior personnel and report to a supervisor/manager, with other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand tools effectively.
• Knowledge with the ability to understand instructions and specifications.
• Ability to assemble components accurately while adhering to quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects as required (up to 50 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Interprets S.O.P’s, Work orders, and Drawings
• Sets up production
• Operates Heat Sealer, Paper and Foam machines
• Assembles small and large simple products and packages
• Inspects products and components
• Prepares products for paint
• Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
