Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• One year related experience

Responsibilities

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions and procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment and prioritize duties and deadlines with limited supervision
• Basic math skills
• Proven work experience as a team leader
• Basic computer knowledge for production tasks
• Ability to set up scales and jigs
