Packaging Agent - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 2nd shift operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our cannabis products. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing assigned tasks, accurately measuring, packaging, and labeling products, collecting samples for quality testing, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The position also involves safely transporting products and ensuring all functions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Cresco Labs is a leading vertically integrated operator in the cannabis industry, committed to normalizing and professionalizing the industry through its passionate employees and initiatives like the SEEDTM program, which focuses on Social Equity and Educational Development.
Requirements
- 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
- Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, depending on the needs of the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
- Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without the need for current or future sponsorship at any time.

- Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
