About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 1st shift operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality and compliance of our cannabis products. The Packaging Agent will execute tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products, comparing them against product standards for quality assurance, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The position also involves safely transporting products to storage and ensuring all functions meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry
