About The Position

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for its 2nd shift operations. This role is crucial in ensuring product quality and compliance within the cannabis industry. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, including measuring, packaging, and labeling products according to established standards. A key aspect of this role is maintaining a sanitary work environment and safely transporting products from the workspace to storage. The position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to adhere to strict policies and procedures to ensure all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance.

Requirements

1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure.
Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner.
Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus.
Requires work around plant material, which could include exposure to plant pollen and/or dust.
Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and/or do repetitive actions with your hands for long periods of time.
Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
Must be 21 years of age or older to apply.
Must comply with all legal or company regulations for working in the industry.
