About The Position
This position is responsible for processing finished products for customer-specified packaging. The role involves inspecting products, gathering supplies, printing labels, assembling boxes, ensuring food safety standards, counting products, and completing work orders.
Requirements
- Must be able to count product accurately
- Meticulous attention to detail; well organized and able to apply logic to a variety of situations to solve complex problems
- Records maintenance skills
- Color acuity necessary
- Basic math skills
- Basic reading and writing skills
- Ability to see and distinguish fine differentiation in color, detail, and design
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Responsibilities
- Inspect finished products and discard defects
- Gather packaging supplies to package finished goods to match customer-specified orders
- Print labels to match packaged finished goods
- Assemble & label boxes
- Run product through metal detector to ensure food safety standards
- Count finished products to match specified label quantities
- Label and case finished products
- Complete work orders to document processed finished goods
