About The Position

Aerometals is looking to add a Packager to their team. This role involves packaging goods according to traveler specifications, constructing crates, performing part mark operations, and supporting the Paint department. The Packager will also ensure product integrity by checking for damage or defects and communicating any issues. Adherence to traveler, drawing, and specification requirements for shelf-life and storage is crucial. The position offers on-the-job training.

Requirements

• Safety conscious.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• 6 months of transferable experience.

Responsibilities

• Package goods in accordance with traveler specifications.
• Construct appropriate crates as specified.
• Perform part mark operations.
• Support the Paint department as necessary.
• Follow traveler, drawing, and specification requirements pertaining to shelf-life and storage of the product.
• Ensure products are not damaged or have any defects and communicate any defects with appropriate personnel.
• Perform any other duties as required by the organization.
