Requirements

  • High School Diploma; or equivalent.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to work independently and within time constraints.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills: verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work in a non-climate controlled environment.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outgoing, team player, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble plumbing components (e.g., faucets, valves, connectors) by following, blueprints, diagrams, or verbal instructions.
  • Inspect finished assemblies and parts for defects, proper fit, and functionality.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment (e.g., drills, screwdrivers, wrenches) safely and effectively.
  • Package finished plumbing goods and apply proper labeling for shipment.
  • Move raw materials, components, and finished products to and from workstations.
  • Complete daily production logs and quality checklists
  • Accurately pick plumbing parts (e.g., fittings, valves, pipes, fixtures) from warehouse locations
  • Verify item numbers, quantities, and descriptions to ensure order accuracy
  • Pack and stage product for shipping according to company procedures
  • Replenish picking locations and assist with inventory counts as needed
  • Meet or exceed daily productivity and accuracy goals
  • Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, or equipment issues to supervisors
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe, ensuring tools are properly maintained.
