About The Position

This role involves designing, building, and maintaining scalable full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST/gRPC APIs, and modern frontend frameworks. A key focus will be on developing and integrating AI-powered capabilities, including intelligent assistants, agents, workflow automation, recommendation engines, and Generative AI solutions. The engineer will also build reusable frameworks, services, APIs, and accelerators to enhance engineering efficiency and support enterprise-wide adoption. The position requires owning technical delivery from concept to production, balancing speed, quality, and long-term sustainability. Collaboration with business stakeholders and product teams is essential for understanding requirements, validating solutions, and driving adoption. The role includes leading rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept efforts for emerging technologies and AI use cases, and partnering with platform and engineering teams to integrate successful solutions. Driving engineering excellence through automation, AI-assisted development, testing, CI/CD, observability, and modern software delivery practices is also a core responsibility.

Responsibilities
