About The Position
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow Portal/UI Architect to join our team and help build intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly portal experiences.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Portal/UI development
- Hands-on with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS (Service Portal)
- Solid understanding of UX/UI principles
- Familiarity with ServiceNow development standards and governance
Nice To Haves
- Experience with UI Builder / Next Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow portals (Service Portal / Employee Center / UI Builder)
- Build and customize widgets and reusable UI components
- Deliver a consistent, responsive, and modern user experience
- Implement role-based access and personalized UI experiences
- Integrate portal components with backend ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Follow best practices with a focus on configuration over customization
