About the Role

Apex Concierge is seeking two dependable, customer-focused Package Room Attendants to join our team at a premier residential property in Boston’s Seaport. You’ll be the friendly face residents trust to keep their deliveries secure, organized, and ready the moment they arrive.

What You’ll Do
Receive, log, sort, and store incoming parcels using our digital tracking system.
Verify recipient information and prepare packages for efficient pickup or delivery.
Maintain a clean, orderly package room and follow all safety/security protocols.
Communicate proactively with residents, couriers, and building staff to resolve any delivery issues.
Assist with basic concierge tasks (e.g., answering resident inquiries, coordinating special requests) as needed.

Requirements

• Package-handling experience (residential, hospitality, retail, shipping/receiving, or similar).
• Proven reliability—punctual, organized, and attentive to detail.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
