Warehouse Associate
About The Position
OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers. This role is an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115. The pay is $18.00/hr for a shift from Sunday - Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM or End of Sort. Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.
Requirements
- Ability to stay on your feet while working
- Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities
- Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
- Load trucks for deliveries
- Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
