About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers. This role is an integral part of the operations team, contributing to the smooth functioning of the warehouse. With a focus on quality and adherence to safety protocols, you play a vital role in maintaining a productive and secure work environment. The position is located at 802 East Centre Park Blvd, Desoto, TX 75115. The pay is $18.00/hr. The shift is from 3:00 AM to 8:30 AM or End of Sort, with three options for the work week: Wednesday - Sunday, Thursday - Monday, or Friday - Tuesday. Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean-up activities, as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Ability to stay on your feet while working
• Ability to work in the heat and the cold as temperatures vary in the warehouse by season
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull and/or move items averaging 50lbs and occasionally up to 75lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic English language proficiency (spoken and written) required for understanding safety and operational instructions in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and sort packages by zip codes
• Load trucks for deliveries
• Be a team player – everyone works together to get the job done!
