About The Position

While the job involves physical work, including being on your feet for the entire shift and lifting up to 100 pounds, no prior experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. The pay starts at $20.13/hour, with opportunities for two pay raises within the first year, and pay scales with production and efficiency, allowing for higher earnings based on performance.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.
