About The Position

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a Package Handler, you will handle physical, fast paced work that keeps our supply chain moving. No prior experience is required - our dedicated training team will teach you how to safely and efficiently get the job done! You will be on your feet, moving, scanning and organizing packages for the duration of your shift. You will regularly lift up to 100 pounds. You will work in a fast-paced environment, including our multi-temperature zones handling both fresh and frozen products.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions is required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Prior warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
