About The Position

Speedbox LLC is hiring immediately for Package Delivery Drivers to join our team in Broomfield, CO. Earn $25.50/hour plus a $1.00/stop rescue bonus for helping other drivers, along with $5250/year in tuition reimbursement, weekly pay, and great benefits. We're hiring for full-time and part-time employees available to work a 10-hour shift between 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM, with full-time team members working up to 4 days a week. All team members are required to work at least one weekend shift, Saturday or Sunday. The package delivery driver role is a physical, outdoors job that involves working at a fast pace with continuous standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting packages weighing up to 50 lbs. To succeed as a package delivery driver, you’ll need to be the safest of safe drivers, be self-motivated to work at a steady pace while delivering to 200+ addresses per day and be a positive team member that delights customers at every turn. Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, reach above your head, kneel, crouch, and stretch at each delivery stop.
Ability to drive safely for 75-125 miles per day.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Reliable availability to work at least 3 days a week between 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM.
Must be able to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
Positive, reliable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to handle a fast-paced day and work at a steady pace.
Self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

Experience in package delivery.
Experience driving a high-roof cargo delivery van.

Responsibilities

Deliver packages to customers' homes.
Navigate routes efficiently using GPS and company provided devices.
Load and unload packages from the delivery vehicle.
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Adhere to all safe driving procedures and company policies.
Provide excellent customer service.
Work at a fast pace with continuous standing, walking, bending, climbing, and lifting.
Deliver to 200+ addresses per day.
Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Assist other drivers with package deliveries when needed (rescue incentive).
