About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill a Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking and Payroll position for our client. This is a remote position with a duration of 4 months. A Package Consultant for Workday Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll is responsible for guiding clients through the implementation, customization, and continuous improvement of Workday's human capital management (HCM) solutions. Their primary focus is on the Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll modules, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.

Requirements

Workday Payroll experience/ certified consultant with at least 5+yrs of experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group

Responsibilities

Designing efficient time management processes
Configuring payroll structures
Managing absences in alignment with clients' policies and regulatory requirements
Leading workshops and training sessions for end-users
Ensuring end-users can effectively utilize these modules for accurate time recording, leave management, and payroll processing
Addressing any issues that arise during system configuration or usage
Providing post-go-live support, including data validation and troubleshooting
Translating complex HCM concepts into understandable terms for diverse audiences
