About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities ⦁ Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements ⦁ Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance ⦁ Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications ⦁ Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards ⦁ Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: ⦁ Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus ⦁ The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation ⦁ A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. ⦁ A passion for design and hands-on coding experience ⦁ A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders

Requirements

  • Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
  • The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
  • A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
  • A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to define process flows and business rules.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and data mapping documents.
  • Lead requirement workshops, JAD sessions, and backlog grooming.
  • Support application design sessions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
