About The Position

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 2, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities. Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements. Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance. Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications. Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards. Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements

Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus
The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation
A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks.
A passion for design and hands-on coding experience
A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders
Experience on the modules of Order Management, Shipment Management, Business Process automation, configuration and administration, contract along with rate management and financials.
Experience in production support for OTM using multiple technical components such as agents, workflow, screen sets and workbench.
Ability to developing automation agents for different business entities in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OTM configuration and performance
PL-SQL Developer and SQL experience is a must.
Ability to develop BI reports.
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Nice To Haves

Should have experience creating agents, screen sets and managers layout as per the request.
Design of user manager layout, screen set, business monitor, user preferences.
Experience in logistics and/ or managed transportation in a 3PL environment will be plus.
Should have experience with BI Publisher.
