About The Position

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned. This is a Part-Time Permanent position with workdays Monday – Friday, requiring a minimum of 25 hours per week. The shift time is 4:00 AM - 9:00 AM, with flexibility required to start earlier or stay later. The role involves delivering outstanding customer service, taking ownership of customer shipping needs, learning product and service offerings, operating equipment and software, and maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift 40+ lbs./18+ kgs.
Reliable transportation is required as limited bus service available in evenings.
Must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week (Monday – Friday).
Must be able to work a minimum of 25 hrs. per week.

Responsibilities

Delivering outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquiries.
Taking ownership of customer's shipping needs and offering viable solutions.
Taking action to learn all product and service offerings, alternative solutions, and industry trends.
Operating all equipment, software, and devices and training others.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
