Requirements

Count counting skills, using decimals and fractions with calculator.
Must be able to work at a quick pace while maintaining a clean and safe work area
Must have good hand/eye coordination
Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment and sort product for defects as require
Must be a self-directed "go-getter" who can teach others while also participating in the work load.
Regularly required to stand and move about within the work areas.
Ability to lift loads of 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Maintain the workplace and pack-out area in a neat, clean and orderly condition
Ensure accurate quantities are packed and conduct final quality control checks
Carefully and quickly packaging pouches according to customer orders
Labeling & stacking boxes for distribution, performing accurate inventory counts & more
Conduct visual inspection of product to ensure good quality
Must have excellent dexterity to manually assemble small parts using hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment, and sort product for defects as require
Follow company GMPs, Food Safety, and other applicable WPDNs SOPs.
Attend monthly plant training.
