Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to multitask.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese, required.
Nice To Haves
- Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
- Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the PACE scheduling program.
- Coordinate participant and staff movement within the program by working closely with Transportation, Day Center, the IDT, PACE staff, and participants and their families.
- Perform a variety of administrative scheduling duties to ensure the efficient operations of the PACE Clinic.
