Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Working knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Ability to speak Mandarin, Cantonese or Taishanese, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Two (2) years of scheduling experience preferred, especially in a healthcare setting.
  • Experience with using electronic health record (EHR) preferred.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve the PACE scheduling program.
  • Coordinate participant and staff movement within the program by working closely with Transportation, Day Center, the IDT, PACE staff, and participants and their families.
  • Perform a variety of administrative scheduling duties to ensure the efficient operations of the PACE Clinic.
