About The Position

The PACE Business Development Representative develops and maintains relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior service agencies, prospective participants, families, and other referral sources to generate qualified PACE referrals. This position manages an assigned territory, educates healthcare professionals and community partners about the PACE model and eligibility, develops referral relationships, and works with the Enrollment and Interdisciplinary teams to support timely participant enrollment and census goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in referral development, healthcare sales, business development, admissions, or healthcare marketing.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage an assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
  • Must successfully pass required background checks and required PACE health screening and immunization requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of PACE, Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, senior services, or a related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and applicable healthcare regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers and other community referral sources.
  • Build relationships with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, physicians, nurses, senior service organizations, and other community partners.
  • Generate qualified PACE referrals through consistent relationship development and territory management.
  • Visit healthcare facilities, physician offices, community organizations, senior centers, and other referral sources throughout the assigned territory.
  • Educate referral sources, prospective participants, and families about the PACE model, eligibility, and available resources.
  • Develop and execute territory plans to achieve referral and enrollment goals.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment and Interdisciplinary staff to support timely and smooth participant enrollment.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of referral activity and territory activities.
  • Participate in community outreach, networking, health fairs, and educational activities.
  • Represent TRU Community Care's mission, vision, and values in all interactions.

Benefits

  • Salary: $75,000 to $95,000 per year
  • Bonus: $2,000 per quarter
