About The Position
We’re looking for a PaaS Automation Analyst to join our Azure & Power Platform Solutions team—a group focused on building smart, scalable automation and workflow solutions that help the business move faster and work smarter. In this role, you’ll serve as a technical expert and trusted partner to the business, supporting the design, development, and ongoing enhancement of workflow automation, data solutions, and system integrations. The work spans both product-based initiatives and project-based delivery, offering a mix of structure and creative problem-solving in a fast-moving environment. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Three to five years of direct experience (with project lead experience), or five to eight years of related experience
- Must be U.S. Citizen not on any type of Visa.
Nice To Haves
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Logic Apps and Azure Function Apps.
- Experience developing and supporting solutions using Domo Code Engine, Domo Jupyter Workspaces, Domo Datasets, and Domo Collections.
- Experience designing automated data pipelines and workflows across multiple platforms and services.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
- Experience developing and consuming REST APIs and integrating enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of data movement, transformation, orchestration, and automation patterns.
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data sources.
- Familiarity with source control systems and CI/CD practices.
- Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing root cause analysis.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, identity management, and access controls.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions using Domo Datasets, Collections, Code Engine, and Jupyter Workspaces.
- Build and support automated data ingestion, transformation, validation, and delivery processes across cloud and enterprise platforms.
- Develop integrations and workflows connecting Azure, Domo, SharePoint, databases, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Optimize data pipelines, datasets, and automation processes to ensure scalability, performance, and data quality.
- Partner with business and technical teams to deliver reporting, workflow automation, and data-driven solutions.
- Architect and implement AI-powered solutions using Azure OpenAI, RAG, semantic search, agentic workflows, and intelligent automation.
- Integrate LLMs and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications while ensuring security, governance, and responsible AI practices.
- Build secure AI-enabled architectures leveraging Azure AI Search, AI Foundry, Machine Learning, Copilot technologies, vector databases, and enterprise data sources.
- Lead enterprise integration, API, automation, and cloud modernization initiatives.
- Support the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment and continuous improvement.
- Analyze complex business and technical challenges, balancing functionality, security, performance, cost, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot production issues, optimize platforms, and evaluate emerging technologies to drive innovation and productivity.
