Requirements
- Active Pennsylvania Nail Technician License or Pennsylvania Cosmetology License
- Flexible availability
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of skincare, safety, and sanitation practices
- Supply and maintain your own tools and products
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
- Provide a variety of esthetician services while maintaining high standards of quality and care
- Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations
- Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
- Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
- Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
- Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
- Greet clients warmly, conduct service consultations, and provide high-quality manicures, pedicures, and nail care services.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety standards, keep your workspace organized and professional, and ensure each client feels comfortable and cared for.
- Educate clients on nail and skincare products when appropriate.
- Staying current with nail trends and best practices is encouraged to continually enhance the client experience.
