About The Position
The P&F End Finisher supports finishing operations for manufactured products. This role involves assisting with various production processes, material handling, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- No prior experience required.
- Demonstrate professional working proficiency in English, including the ability to read and understand chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS), follow verbal instructions during safety training and drills, and communicate clearly and effectively in emergency situations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in a shop environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in finishing operations, including painting and paint stenciling, hydrostatic testing, phosphating, drifting and honing, and general housekeeping duties.
- Operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility and load and unload material onto racks.
- Learn and maintain product traceability processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Participate in the team's on-call schedule for weekends and overtime.
