Role Snapshot P&C Insurance Sales Agent Team Lead Deerfield Beach, FL Onsite Pay: $50K–$65K base + uncapped commission (~$90K+ OTE) Schedule: Full-time Reporting to Director of Sales This is a true player-coach role. You’re expected to produce at a high level while helping a small team stay sharp, close deals, and grow. Requirements

• Active FL 2-20 or 20-44 P&C license
• Strong experience writing Florida homeowners + auto (Citizens familiarity matters)
• Deep understanding of Florida carriers and underwriting guidelines
• Proven track record hitting production targets
• Experience owning and building a pipeline
• Prior coaching, mentoring, or team leadership experience
• Comfortable working onsite in Deerfield Beach

Nice To Haves

• Spanish + English (not required, but valuable)
• Non-standard auto experience
• Experience with CRM, reporting, or pipeline tracking tools

Responsibilities

• Sales Production Build and manage a consistent personal pipeline
• Write and close Florida auto + homeowners policies daily
• Generate new business through inbound, referrals, and outbound efforts
• Assess client needs quickly and match with the right carrier + coverage
• Drive deals from quote → close → bind with minimal friction
• Deliver a clean, professional client experience that leads to retention
• Team Leadership Coach and develop a small team through 1:1s and deal support
• Step into complex cases and help move deals forward
• Act as a resource for underwriting, coverage structuring, and objections
• Hold team accountable to performance and production targets
• Support hiring by identifying and interviewing strong agents
• Process & Performance Track pipeline, conversion, and activity metrics
• Use data to improve close rates and workflow efficiency
• Partner with leadership to refine sales processes and systems
