Requirements

  • Active insurance license(s) in Property & Casualty (multi-state preferred)
  • Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

  • 4–7 years of proven experience in insurance sales (personal or commercial)
  • Pre-existing book of business that can be transitioned to MMIA

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, outbound calling, networking, and referrals
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and strategic partners
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of P&C insurance trends, compliance, and product offerings
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline performance
  • Deliver excellent customer service to retain and grow client relationships
