P&C Insurance Sales Agent Team Lead
Earn ~$90K OTE with uncapped commission and a flexible base.

Role: Sales Agent Team Lead
Location/Type: Deerfield Beach, FL • Onsite
Pay: ~$90K+ On-Target Earnings (OTE) - $50K–$65K base (flexible) + uncapped commission
Schedule: Full-time
Close deals daily. Lead a small team. Keep control of your pipeline.
This is a player-manager role — you’ll carry your own quota while also coaching and performance-managing a small team of agents.
This is a high-production P&C insurance sales role with team lead responsibility.

Requirements

• Active FL 2-20 or 20-44 Property & Casualty license
• Experience selling Florida homeowners and auto insurance policies
• Experience working with Florida carriers and underwriting guidelines
• Proven insurance sales production track record with quota ownership
• Prior team coaching, mentorship, or leadership experience
• Ability to work onsite in Deerfield Beach

Nice To Haves

• Spanish + English fluency (spoken and written)
• Experience with non-standard auto carriers
• Experience using CRM, sales reporting, or pipeline data

Responsibilities

• Build and manage personal sales pipeline daily
• Generate new business and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Sell auto and homeowners insurance policies (hit monthly targets)
• Guide clients from quote to bind (fast, clean process)
• Carry and hit an individual sales quota through personal production
• Coach 2 agents through 1:1s and deal support
• Help solve complex client cases and close deals faster
• Improve sales workflows using data and reporting tools
