Mid Mountain Insurance Agency (MMIA), a Fortegra company, is seeking a high-performing Licensed Insurance Agent who is hungry to grow, confident in their sales ability, and motivated to win. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, including cold calling, and is eager to leverage MMIA’s industry strength and support to scale their book of business.

Requirements

• Active insurance license(s) in Property & Casualty (multi-state preferred)
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales and achieving or exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and disciplined with strong follow-through

Nice To Haves

• 4–7 years of proven experience in insurance sales (personal or commercial)
• Pre-existing book of business that can be transitioned to MMIA

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, outbound calling, networking, and referrals
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and strategic partners
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of P&C insurance trends, compliance, and product offerings
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and track pipeline performance
• Deliver excellent customer service to retain and grow client relationships
