Requirements

  • Possession of a 220 or 20-44 License.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) products, carriers, and pre-underwriting knowledge.
  • Highly responsive and proactive skills in handling inbound calls and appointments.
  • Ability to effectively guide prospective clients in making informed decisions about their insurance needs.
  • Drive to be proactive and assertive, especially between calls and appointments, by reaching out to prospective clients who have requested quotes.
  • Strong communication and responsiveness in following up on requests for information or quotes.
  • Proven ability to multitask effectively, managing inbound calls, scheduling appointments, responding to urgent requests, handling text messages, and managing emails efficiently.
