You will be trained by peers who will assist you in understanding vacation ownerships, the 12 different properties we manage, and help you guide our guest’s vacation planning experiences. As an Owner Services Agent you will be answering incoming calls in a positive manner while assisting our callers in booking their reservations, collecting payments, or answering questions about their ownership. Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, Access, Email, etc.)
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Ability to take ownership and influence inquiries to achieve desired outcomes
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate information over the phone, email, or chat
  • Professional atmosphere

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred one year of Call Center Experience and/ or Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service in a positive manner at various levels to assist and secure vacation travel plans for our guests and owners.
  • Work with internal and external departments to assist in customer concerns.
  • During your downtime, you will train with other departments to become well rounded and qualified for future growth
  • Professionally and calmly deescalate potentially aggravated inquiries
  • Maintain knowledge of 12 properties Contracts, Policies, Amenities, Location, and Exchanges
  • Maintain or exceed the required performance level, as outlined by Management.
