The Owner Services Account Manager serves as the primary strategic liaison and advocate for aircraft owners, ensuring a seamless, transparent, and high-performing ownership experience across the lifecycle of aircraft management. This role operates as a functional lead and subject matter expert, partnering cross-functionally with Dispatch, Scheduling, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Finance, Sales, and Service to align execution with owner expectations. As a high-impact individual contributor, the role is responsible for building trusted owner relationships, translating owner priorities into internal alignment, and driving consistency in how Tradewind delivers aircraft management services. The position also contributes to scalable processes, reporting standards, and communication frameworks that support growth. This role is both: A trusted advisor to aircraft owners, and A central operator driving cross-functional alignment.
