Requirements

Relevant Diploma or Degree in the related field.
Proficiency in Auto CAD or BIM.
At least 5 years of experience in Design, Construction, Project Management.
Proficiency in Contract and Contract Administration.
Ability to work remotely and virtually.
Highly organized with great time management.
A knack for creative problem-solving and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

Coordinating teams of professionals of different disciplines (including the Owner, Staff, Contractors, Suppliers and Consultants) to achieve the best results.
Lead transformative projects.
Preconstruction and Development planning of the development or project.
