About The Position
Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening. This role involves providing retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence and fax, as well as supporting the Customer Service department and assisting walk-in customers.
Requirements
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV parts
Responsibilities
- Provide retail customer service via phone, email, written correspondence and fax
- Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
- Greet and Assist walk-in customers
