About The Position

We are a carrier that has been built over 10 years to be reliable for owner operators. We offer an experienced dispatch team knowledgeable in dry van freight, immediate rate confirmations, and a focus on customer freight over the spot market. Our average dry van rate was $3.45 per mile over the last 5 months, and we offer 88% of gross on every load. Owner operators typically take home $3,500 – $6,000 weekly after deductions and fuel, with top OTR owners reaching $6,500 – $7,000. You can choose your schedule, with options for weekends home or over-the-road (OTR). After 30 days, you have the option to move to self-dispatch for more control. Orientation is completed remotely, equipment is mailed to your home, and your first load is local. You are also welcome to speak with an existing owner operator with us to verify our offerings.

Requirements

• Own a semi-truck (no cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinter vans)
• CDL Class A
• 3+ years of experience
• No more than 3 moving violations
• Must pass a background check
