About The Position
Aquatrans Distributors requires experienced Owner Operators for work based out of the Lower Mainland. As an Owner Operator for Aquatrans, you will be operating BC–AB (British Columbia to Alberta) linehaul runs, along with some local work within the Lower Mainland. You will be responsible for transporting goods and materials over long distances for our Reefer division.
Requirements
- Class 1 drivers’ license
- 2+ years' experience (Reefer/Dry Van)
- Safety conscious and safe operator
- Must complete a background check before being hired
Responsibilities
- Pre-trip and post trip inspection
- Maintain accurate driver logs
- Operate truck and trailer in safety minded way
- Report vehicle deficiencies
- Transport various goods across Vancouver Island
