About The Position

Direct Impact Logistics is seeking an Owner-Operator/Independent Service Provider driving team to complete furniture delivery routes. The work includes timely delivery, basic furniture assembly and adjustment, installation of various furniture items, and in-home white-glove delivery. Average weekly gross is $3,000 per week.

Requirements

• Have a 26-foot box truck equipped with a lift gate.
• Provide a two-person delivery team.
• Have a personal set of tools.
• Have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• The driver must have active MC and DOT numbers with the FMCSA.
• Have professional furniture-delivery experience or a willingness to learn the trade.
• Be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Deliver furniture accurately and on time, including basic assembly.
• Select and use basic tools to assemble furniture.
• Adjust and install various furniture items.
• Load and unload furniture.
• Provide in-home white-glove delivery.
