Owner Operators remain independent carriers operating under their own authority unless otherwise contracted. In accordance with FMCSA safety and recordkeeping requirements , Sister Freight Services LLC may create and maintain a driver qualification or carrier support profile when required for compliance, verification, or operational purposes.
