About The Position
Kim-Tam Logistics, a division of Samuel, Son & Co., is seeking experienced Owner-Operators to join their regional Ontario Windsor lane hauling steel product. This is a steady, weekday operation with consistent miles, predictable lanes, and the ability to be home every night. Kim-Tam Logistics has delivered flatbed services and cross-border transport across North America since 1964, supporting the metals and construction industries with a focus on safety, service, and long-term stability.
Requirements
- Valid AZ license with a strong safety record (presentation of CVOR and Abstract printed within the last 30 days is required upon applying)
- 2 years minimum experience hauling a multi-axle flatbed
- 2 years minimum experience hauling steel product (coil experience preferred)
- Proven load securement
- Professional, reliable, and safety-focused
Nice To Haves
- Coil experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Hauling steel freight (mainly master coil, slit coil, plate, and palletized coils)
- Operating within the Hamilton to Windsor corridor
- Completing 2 loads per day (one outbound, one return)
- Handling a mix of full truckload and multi-drop deliveries
- Operating a dedicated company-owned 5-axle Conestoga-kitted flatbed trailer
