About The Position

We are a carrier that has been operating for over 10 years, providing a reliable platform for owner-operators. We offer an experienced dispatch team specializing in dry van freight, immediate rate confirmations, and a focus on customer freight over the spot market. Our average dry van rate has been $3.45 per mile over the last 5 months, and we offer 88% of gross on every load, with payment every Friday.

Requirements

• Own a semi-truck (no cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinter vans).
• CDL Class A.
• 3+ years of experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations.
• Must pass a background check.

• Ability to speak with an existing owner operator to confirm details.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-truck for dry van freight.
• Manage your schedule, choosing between weekends home or OTR.
• Potentially move to self-dispatch after 30 days for more control.
