About The Position

We are a carrier that has been operating for over 10 years, built to be reliable for owner operators. We offer experienced dispatchers knowledgeable in dry van freight, immediate rate confirmations, and primarily customer freight to ensure consistent earnings. Our average dry van rate has been $3.45 per mile over the last 5 months, with owner operators receiving 88% of gross on every load and paid weekly on Fridays.

Requirements

• Own a semi-truck (no cargo vans, hotshots, or sprinter vans).
• CDL Class A.
• 3+ years of experience.
• No more than 3 moving violations.
• Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

• Self-dispatch after 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Operate a semi-truck for dry van freight.
• Manage schedule flexibility (weekends home or OTR).
