About The Position

Pace is seeking an Owner/Operator/Independent Contractor Driver with a Box Truck in our Dallas, TX market. Join Pace's preferred carrier network and grow your business with consistent, dedicated routes! Pace has many new unique lanes available. Lanes are in-store deliveries to our customers on a multi-stop route in and around the Greater Dallas area. Routes generally start around 3-5 am. These lanes will run 5 days a week Monday – Friday.

Requirements

• Have your own working 24' - 26' Box Truck with Lift Gate.
• Meet insurance requirements.
• Must meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.
• Drivers must be 21 or older.
• Must have active operating authority with the FMCSA

Responsibilities

• Routes are static i.e. drivers will run same routes with same stops each day.
• Pick up freight and deliver to designated stops.
• Pallet drops
• Operate a pallet jack to load/unload freight.
• Use Pace delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Exceed customer delivery requirements and specifications.
• Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.
