About The Position

Pace is seeking owner/operator/independent contractors with their own sedan to make residential medical deliveries in the Kernersville, NC market. As a contracted Courier Delivery Driver in Pace's Preferred Carrier Network, you will deliver small medical packages to residential areas in Kernersville and surrounding cities. On average, drivers are assigned routes up to 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, and will be delivering between 40-60 stops per day. These routes typically begin between 9:30 am - 10:00 am and run for approximately 5-6 hours on average. No certifications or previous experience are required, but professionalism and excellent customer service are sought. This opportunity is ideal for an independent contractor looking to make additional income. Standby/on-call and dedicated scheduling options are available.

Requirements

• Must have your own working vehicle (sedan).
• Meet insurance requirements: 50k/100k/50k auto liability.
• Must meet MVR, background, and drug screening requirements.
• Drivers must be 21 or older.
• Professionalism with excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Pick up small parcels/packages and deliver to designated homes.
• Use delivery app to track and document all deliveries.
• Maintain required insurance.
• Fulfill customer delivery requirements and specifications.
• Represent Pace in a professional and courteous manner.
• Be presentable and provide excellent customer service to customers.
